Fee Structure & Account Minimum

• Friedenthal Financial's fees are based on a percentage of assets under management, billed quarterly in arrears. This best aligns our incentives with the goals of our clients.  Our fees only increase as your assets increase.

  Annual Marginal Fee Schedule is as follows:	Institutional/High Net Worth Annual Marginal Fee Schedule is as follows:
  First $500k 1.20% Next $500k 1.00% Next $1.5mm 0.85% Next $2.5mm 0.75% Assets > $5mm 0.70%	First $10mm 0.75% Next $10mm 0.50% Assets > $20mm 0.25%

  Example – A $1mm portfolio would have an average annual fee of 1.10%. Minimum Account size is $250k.

• Brokers and Financial Planners often charge a commission per transaction.  Unfortunately, this may, in some cases, create incentives to execute unnecessary transactions.  Brokerage affiliations or direct compensation from Mutual Fund companies may also create incentives for specific investment selections, rather than investments chosen completely objectively.

• Friedenthal Financial has no affiliation with any Brokerage or Mutual Fund companies that could influence our investment decisions for our clients.  We do not receive commissions on any transactions. We do not receive special compensation based on upside account performance.  In fact, our fee percentage actually decreases as your account value increases.

• Hedge Funds have historically charged clients 2% of assets under management PLUS 20% of the profits of the fund.  This often created incentives for too much risk and illiquid investments.
